One of the best features of Capium is that all their modules are integrated and auto-populate data, eliminating the need to repeatedly and manually input a client’s information, while eliminating the risk of manual mistakes. However, we still maintain a ‘belts and braces’ approach to data.
The Friday before lockdown, we were able to send all our staff home with laptops and as Capium is in the cloud everyone was able to remain connected and have access to everything from anywhere! We made our clients aware that we would be able to be there for them while working from home seamlessly.
The software is very easy to use, and has helped us reduce the need for a lot of paperwork and filing cabinets.
Nick and the team are superb, nothing was too much trouble for them. They made it as easy as possible for us to migrate from VT Accountancy, and our onboarding manager was always available when needed.
There is a reassurance in the software: With the Accounts Production module, you are able to see how everything is being pulled in together through the integration, and with Practice Management you can monitor everything, such as real-time users’ activities, upcoming tasks, and you are able to run reports. The module also works with staff time sheets. We also use the SMS service where we can send reminders to our clients to get taxes sorted.
