We take security very seriously. Our secure UK based servers are regularly backed up and constantly monitored and all information is encrypted to help ensure that your data is kept confidential. Keeping everything online reduces the need for insecure e-mails, spreadsheets and removes the burden of holding sensitive personal data on your computer.
No Saved Passwords
We don’t allow the browser to save your login, which eliminates access from a stolen or compromised computer.
Auto Logout
If you are logged in and don’t use Capium for an extended period you will be automatically logged out. This reduces the risk presented by unattended computers.
Access to information
Only the minimum numbers of people necessary have permanent high level access to the servers hosting Capium and storing Capium backup data. These include senior executives, department heads etc.
