Integrations and Compliance

Yes! We’re proud to say that we’re one of a few suppliers approved by HMRC for MTD for VAT. We’re waiting for approval to roll out our MTD ITSA, and will let you know as soon as HMRC gives us the go-ahead.

We use secure data centres located in the UK to host our cloud-based software and safeguard customer data.

While there is always a risk of security breaches, we’ve worked hard to reduce those risks to an absolute minimum by using encryption to secure data in transit and at rest, as well as implementing access controls and carrying out regular security audits. Furthermore, we work with Microsoft Azure, a world-renowned cloud platform committed to security.

Using Capium

We prefer to use Google Chrome, but our software is compatible with all the other major internet browsers, including Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer.

Yes! You can import bank transactions via CSV files, which is a super convenient and efficient way to manage financial data.

Certainly! We offer bank feeds as part of our accounting software. Our platform supports all the major UK banks through the open banking interface, including NatWest, HSBC and Lloyds. With our bank feed feature, you can effortlessly reconcile your transactions, saving you valuable time and effort.

No. We want your organisation to feel the full benefits of what Capium offers, so we offer unlimited user licences (unlike many other tech vendors on the market!).

Yes! Capium is a cloud-based software, which means everything is stored on the internet, as opposed to hardware. Therefore, we can support you on all operating systems, including Macs.

Pricing and Payment

Sure! We understand that testing new software while doing your day job can be tricky, so we’re happy to extend your trial to give you enough time with the technology. Still, we recommend booking a demo to help you learn how to use the software — that way, you can make the most out of your time playing with it before your trial is up.

Absolutely! We recognise that accounting firms are all different, thus requiring a unique set of solutions for their needs. Simply speak to one of our customer success managers, and they’ll get you sorted!

You can purchase your Capium software in a couple of ways: direct debit, credit card or BACS. We’re flexible.

You can cancel your policy within 30 days of notifying us that you’re leaving, compared to the industry standard of 90 days. We therefore recommend you cancel on the last day of payment to us — otherwise, your payment may roll on for another month.
